Please Please Please
CCVF will celebrate its 16th anniversary with a show that results from the collaboration between French choreographer, Mathilde Monnier, the Spanish-Swiss choreographer, La Ribot and the Portuguese stage director, Tiago Rodrigues. Created before the pandemic, “Please Please Please” proposes a reflection about a world that may be on the brink of a global catastrophe. After a large part of their European tour was suspended due to Covid-19, the show will now be performed in the CCVF’s auditorium, with renewed relevance. In a breath-taking journey, the bodies and voices of Mathilde Monnier and La Ribot dialogue about the world’s evolution and a possible slow mass extinction on the planet.
