In the month of Alberto Sampaio's birthday (November 15, 1841), we celebrate his life with his favourite flower: the camellia. The Camellia Japonica Alberto Sampaio was created by António Assunção, a great connoisseur of the so-called “winter roses”, who collected different species, in particular Crysanthas (yellow camellias). On this day, we will, symbolically, plant the “Camélia d’Alberto” in its birthplace, in the current location of the Oficina Shop.
