A gesture that was repeated many times by Justina had been affectionately engraved in Fátima's auditory memory since she was four years old. “Gestures that Count” is an exhibition programme that has the challenge of giving meaning to works that lie outside the artistic and normative fields of artisanal production, but which are signs of resistance to the daily hubbub of machines working in the steep Ave Valley.
