Born in 2001, the artistic journey of Milhanas has stood out for the intensity of an intimate form of art that blends jazz, gospel, and contemporary music, deeply influenced by the density of Portuguese writers.

Her debut album, De Sombra a Sombra (2023), explores the challenges of the soul without ever fully surrendering to sadness. In Milhanas’ music, one finds songs such as “Eu de Prosa”, a tribute to fado and to the symbolism of Amália Rodrigues. Nominated for Best Performer at the 2024 Globos de Ouro 2024, this recognition consolidated her place as one of the most promising voices of the present, a feeling further reinforced by the success of the single “Algo Mais”.
